Tematyka konferencji odnosić się będzie do aktualnych problemów związanych z wpływem rozwoju technologii informacyjnej na regulacje prawne w Unii Europejskiej ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem prawa polskiego i fińskiego. Referaty prezentowane podczas konferencji mają na celu wieloaspektowe prawne spojrzenie na technologię informacyjną.
